Mindset Coaching.

When you change your thoughts, you will change your life.

I am here to support you as you walk your journey as you are the one who will be doing the work. And it will be worth it.

You and I will work together to get you unstuck and begin to take the steps necessary toward the goals you want to achieve. And we begin all of that with working on your mindset. How you think. What you say to yourself. We’ll take a look your limiting beliefs. We’ll question the narratives and rewrite them to better serve you. We’ll hold space for you to expand into your authenticity, breathe new life into your soul and see life in a way that supports your growth.

I will help you unlock the unconscious - and sometimes conscious - patterns you have and help you remove them. Meaning, we will look at your blind spots and change the habits and patterns that are holding you back.

I will guide you through tools to develop deep insights and understanding into who you are, the way you think and how you show up in the world.

I will show you how to easily apply techniques designed to shift your perception, change minds and therefore change your life. (And a dance party may be a part of your homework assignment! Oh, yes, there will be homework and dancing!)

I will empower you to recognize when you’re standing in your own way and help you see and stop self-sabotage. We will work together to reprogram your mind, master your emotions & stop your negative thinking in it’s tracks.

We will look at where you are now, what you’ve tried so far, and where you want to end up….what your end goal is. I will help you get clear about what YOU truly want and make a plan to make it happen.

A FEW DETAILS

First, you have access to a free 15 minute discovery call to see if I would be best fit for you and your goals.

If we decide that we are a a great fit, we will work together for a minimum of 6 weeks. I feel that this is a good amount of time because real change takes time. We want real change and growth here and we want this change to be long lasting, and ideally 6 weeks is the sweet spot where you will begin to see some of that change.

We do 1 call a week for 6 calls total. If more support is needed in between sessions, that is a possibility as well. The coaching calls are set up based around what your needs are, so it’s very much tailored and personalized to what you are dealing with and the goals that you have.

Each call will begin with you sharing your wins because I LOVE to celebrate around here. Then you share the things that you’ve been working on over the past week, where you may have gotten stuck, what’s coming up for you and then together we will work through those things and figure out what path to take forward.

Please note: A coach is very, VERY different from seeing a therapist. You will be talking about your past because it’s going to come up. You’re going to talk about your problems, you’re going to talk about how those things have shaped where you are today, and what you’re struggling with, so there will be some overlap. But my focus will be to listen to what you say and to help you come up with a solution. There is a time and a place for a mindset coach and there’s a time and a place to get your beautiful self to the therapist and get the support that you need for past issues, trauma and/or wounds.

As your mindset coach, I won't solve your problems or interfere in your life. Instead, I'll give you the tools to face your challenges. I'll provide unwavering support as you evolve. Ultimately, it's up to you to put in the effort required to witness personal growth and transformation..
